Since I am a small company that does not have mass produced jewelry but manufactures everything when ordered, it is impossible to have a Return policy for me unfortunately. Hope you understand.
And of course you are welcome to my shop to exchange or send it back to exchange to a new item.
Returns are at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. In case of exchange we will pay the new shipping cost from us to you.

You will pay the return costs when you return the item.
Send with the order and what item you want to exchange to, as well as your return address The difference + can be returned as a gift certificate valid for 2 years and is appliable in the webshop.
If you wish to exchange to something more expensive please contact us so we can make the additional payment arrangements for you.
* The exception is rings! Rings can not be exchanged by post, insted you are welcome to the shop in Stockholm to make a ring exchange. This is because I make all the rings by hand on order and it is very difficult to guess sizes over mail so it's easy to get it wrong again and it will be a lot of work with size changes and mail sending back and forth and we have to think of the environment. So measure carefully!

If you as a customer have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its features or features and this causes the returned item to be less valuable, we are entitled to deduct a sum corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refunded. Postnord: Fixed price 30 SEK (regardless of order volume or weight) Traceable (uninsured) Within Sweden 3-9 business days delivery time to your mailbox
Within EU 90-200SEK SEK 5-10 business days delivery time.
Worldwide 200SEK 5-20 business days delivery time.
FYI: Please note that customs fees are not included when ordering from outside of EU. Any import duties are paid by you as a customer.
And all orders outside the EU are VAT-free and you have to pay VAT in your home country.

If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated in the respective article. If delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail.
