Q-When is the store at Kungsholmsgatan 4a in Stockholm open?
A: Monday - Friday 11-6pm (NOT closed for lunch)
Weekends closed
We have a ramp for those who need it.

Q-What can I buy in the store at Kungsholmsgatan?
A: Most jewelery is ready for purchase in the store (with reservation for items being sold out). Please have a few days in advance when it comes to gift purchases! But we can usually arrange something for you so come by and have a look!

Q-When will my order be sent?
A: Within Sweden 2-6 business days delivery time.
Within EU 4-10 business days delivery time.
Worldwide 8-20 business days delivery time.
Delivery time can be longer due to Covid-19 virus and borders closed! Contact us for more individual information!

Q-For how long can I exchange my order?
A: We have a 30 day exchange policy on unused jewelry*
We do not have a "money-back" policy because everything is made by hand on order.

In SUMMER, we extend the exchange right as we handle your exchange only when we are back week 33.

Q-Can I change the ringsize if it doesn´t fit?
A: *Unfortunately, you can not change ring size by mail, but you are more then welcome to come to our store at Kungsholmsgatan 4a in Stockholm and change it. This is because I make all rings by order.

Q- What happens if my jewelry breaks?
A: If your product is broken due to normal use we will of course repair it for free. Contact us at:info@feministsmeden.se.
We will NOT replace lost goods, contact your insurance company in such cases.

Q-Are there any retailers for the Feministsmith?
A:No. Feministsmith´s jewelry is sold exclusively in the shop at Kungsholmsgatan 4a and in the webshop feministsmith.com
