Elin Matilda Elisabet Wägner, born May 16, 1882 in Lund, died January 7, 1949 in Rösås in Kronoberg County, was a Swedish writer, journalist and feminist. She was a member of the Swedish Academy from 1944. In the years 1910-1922 she was married to the literature scholar John Landquist.

Wägner is usually counted as the so-called ""dozens of authors"" and was part of the Fogelstadsgruppen. She has become known for her commitment to female voting rights and because she was in charge of Save the Children in 1919. Wägner became a member of the Society of the Nine in 1937 and a member of the Swedish Academy in 1944. She worked as a writer at Tidevarvet (1923-1936) .
