Kerstin Hesselgren, born January 4, 1872 in Hofors, Gästrikland, died August 19, 1962 in Kungsholm parish in Stockholm, was a prominent Swedish politician (liberal). She was the first woman in the Riksdag's first chamber, Sweden's first housing inspector, school kitchen inspector and professional inspector, as well as a prominent international politician in e.g. League of Nations.

Kerstin Hesselgren was also chairman of Liberal Women and one of the founders of the Women's Citizens' School at Fogelstad. In the Riksdag, she worked primarily with social policy and for equal working conditions between men and women, but was also involved in foreign policy issues.
