Every month should have a Squeeze Day. Which one will be yours?

Here’s how to examine your breasts:

How to check your breasts for lumps

  1. Stand in front of a mirror. Place your arms behind your neck and examine the shape. Do your breasts have their usual shape and size?

2. Feel your breasts for lumps or other hardenings and check if the breast feels the same firmness. Examine the breast with the opposite hand. Use straight fingers and feel the breast with small circular motions.

3. Do the nipples look as usual? Finally, check the armpit.

4. Also examine your breasts while lying down with one hand under your head.

 

Tip! Many find it easier to examine their breasts in the shower. When the breasts are soaped up, it can be easier to detect any lumps or changes.
